How to Prepare for BBS/ BBE/ BFIA Entrance Test 2012 (Delhi University)

The Faculty of Applied Social Sciences and Humanities (FASSH) of Delhi University (DU) will be conducting a joint ( BBS/ BBE/ BFIA) entrance exam on 3rd June 2012

Here are some preparation tips from faculty & students to help you crack Delhi University (DU)'s BBS/ BBE/ BFIA Joint Entrance Test 2012:

• Advising students getting ready for the tests, Poonam Verma, principal, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, says “They should have studied English and mathematics at the intermediate level. There should be an understanding and awareness of current affairs. Ability to analyse and interpret information given will help in the reasoning section.” For practice, refer to the sample papers given with the prospectus of the colleges that offer the courses.
   
• Basic knowledge of mathematics, especially what you have read in Class 10 and 12, will help you sail through quantitative aptitude. Reading newspapers, magazines and watching news is a great help in cracking the general awareness section. Reading a couple of novels and referring to the dictionary each time I read a new or difficult word helped improve my general aptitude and vocabulary says Ketan Bhatheja, first-year student, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies.
