How Can I become an Industrial Engineer

• Appear for an entrance exam like AIEEE, IIT JEE or state level exams like KCET, WBJEE. To sit for these exams, you should be a 10 +2 (or its equivalent) pass out in the science stream with subjects including English, Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
• For admission to post graduate level courses in Industrial Engineering/Management, aspiring candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in any branch of Engineering/Technology (BE / BTech) or an equivalent degree with first division.
• There are institutes that offer admissions based on CAT/GATE score. The duration of a PG Diploma in Industrial Engineering is 2 years, and the selection after clearing the entrance exam is through group discussion & interview.
