Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Srinagar has invited applications for the admission of various courses 2013.
Selection will be based on entrance test scheduled on June 2013. Candidates are requested to submit the filled application form on or before May 27, 2013. No application form shall be entertained after the due date. The University shall not be responsible for any postal delay.

A minimum of 55% mark will be required at the Master’s level for General/OBC category. Relaxation of 5% is applicable at the Master’s level for SC/ST categories.

Admission to MBA (Business Management) and MBA (Tourism) shall be based on valid MAT and CMAT Score- 2013. However, admission to B.Tech. (Instrumentation, Electronic and Communication, Computer Science, Mechanical, Information Technology) shall be based on JEE (Main) score- 2013. While, admission to M. Sc. (Biotechnology) shall be based on JNU-DBT Combined Entrance Test 2013.

Application forms can be obtained in person from the cash counter of the University; or by post from the Office of The Coordinator, Entrance Test, Administrative Block, HNB Garhwal University, Srinagar-Garhwal,246174,Uttarakhand, with the bank proof (bank receipt/counter foil in original) of prescribed fee and a self addressed envelope. Request for application must be super scribed on the envelope “Request for application form for admission 2013(Course Name)".

• Last date for receiving all the dully filled complete application form : May 27, 2013

• Date of Entrance Test : June 25-28,2013

Application-cum-Examination Fee:

• M.Phil/Ph.D Rs. 500/- for General, Rs 250/-for SC/ST/PH

• MBA/MBA (Tourism) /B.Tech. and for other programmes Rs 250/- for General, Rs 150/-for SC/ST/PH. Additional Rs. 50, if application form is requested by post.
