JEE 2011 for Hotel Management aspirants: Admission Alert

The Joint Entrance Examination 2011 (JEE-2011) is conducted for admission to the Institutes of Hotel Management (IHMs) for their 3 year B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration Program. The IHMs are affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT). This program is being offered by the NCHMCT in cooperation with the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

Date of Examination: 16th April 2011

Time of Examination: 10am to 1pm

Last date for receipt of application: 28th Feb 2011

Fee: Rs.900/- for Gen/OBC candidates and Rs.450/- for SC/ST/PH candidates.

Eligibility Criteria: Pass 10+2 or an equivalent examination with English as one of the subjects. Students from Science; Commerce; Humanities and other recognized streams may apply. Students who are to appear in the 12th examination in year 2011 are also eligible to apply.  General/Open/OBC (Central list non-creamy layer)/PH/Kashmiri Migrant candidates can’t be more than 22 years of age as on 1st July 2011. For SC/ST candidates this limit is extended to 25 years.
