GUJCET 2016 Medical Admissions Begin: Exam Details

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has announced exam date for Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2022. The state level medical entrance exam is slated to be held on May 10, 2022 for granting admission in engineering, physiotherapy and alternative medical programmes to be offered by various government/ government aided universities and private colleges/ institutes across the state.

The candidates can fill the GUJCET 2022 application forms from March 2022. The programme for the exam will be based on education’s department’s syllabus for 10+2 (science stream).

GUJCET 2022 Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate must have attained the age of 17.
• Applicant must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% aggregate marks (general category) and 45% (reserved category) with science stream.

GUJCET 2022 Exam Pattern:

The paper will have total 120 multiple choice questions of 40 marks each with four options. Following is the bifurcation of the sections:

• Physics: 40 marks
• Chemistry: 40 marks
• Biology: 40 marks
• The duration of the exam will be 180 minutes. There will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for wrong answers.
