Fresher’s Party Celebration at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore

“Fresher Day” in any college is an event which every student eagerly awaits from the time of their admissions.

Seniors of Jaipuria Institute of Management (JIM) Indore organized “Fresher Week” from September 10 till September 13, 2013.

In the late evening on September 13, the fresher party was organized and the theme was “ANGELS AND DEMONS”. Boys wore red and black combination with a devil mask and girls wore blue and white with fairy band. The event started with ramp walk by all Fresher. Every participant was dressed dashing and were leaving fire on the ramp.

Then thirty three students were shortlisted for Mr. and Ms. Fresher title out of 77. Participants had to perform the task given by their seniors for one minute. After stiff competition finally 6 candidates were shortlisted for second round. The shortlisted candidates were yash Mehta, Nikita gaur, Niyam Kanungo, Ancy Johnson, Reshma Begum and Manoj Soni. They were asked questions by faculty members and task was given to perform. Everyone did his task well but finally Yash Mehta as Mr. Fresher and Nikita gaur as Ms Fresher won the title. Other titles given for Best Ethnic dress to Shailendra Dixit, Best Fresher party attire to Anuj Sinha, Best Buddy day to Anuja and Mahiragi , Best school get up to Nitish Kumar and Best Tapori attire to ArchitaMaheshwari and Shashank.

Nikita Gaur, winner of Ms. Fresher stated that “It has been a dream come true for me and will try my level best to perform the tasks as per others expectations”

While talking to Sayanta Banerjee one of the shortlisted candidates he expressed that “It was wonderful to be shortlisted in top thirty three and I thank to seniors for organizing such an exciting event”.
The honour of Mr. Fresher and Ms Fresher was rewarded by Dr. Jitendra Mishra, Program In-charge Jaipuria Institute of Management Indore.

Dr. Jitendra Mishra and Dr. Nitin Merh, Academic Dean Student Affairs advised the family members of Jaipuria to maintain the same legacy as was maintained by their seniors. The event winded up by DJ dance performance and delicious dinner.
