About the Conference at JMI

The overwhelming success of Conferences on Sustainable Development & Management of Information Technology in universities and colleges organized by FTK-CIT, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) in 2009 and 2010 has encouraged JMI to provide the same platform to all ICT Professionals working in Indian universities and colleges once again. OSACC-2012 is a national conference on Emerging Trends in Open Source Applications & Cloud Computing.

Researchers, academicians, corporate & industry professionals, students from Indian universities & colleges. The conference will include multiple technical sessions and invited talks from ICT experts and practitioners.

The FTK–CIT has also invited research papers from academicians, research scholars and industry corporate.

Travel & Accommodation for Conference on Cloud Computing at Jamia Milia Islamia (JMI)

It is expected that the participants shall arrange their travel expenses and make their own arrangements for stay in Delhi. However, a limited number of participants working in Academic Institutions may be provided AC Three Tier/ AC Chair Car rail fare, provided that they produce a certificate from their institution that no TA/DA has been provided to them by their institution.

Jamia Millia Islamia has limited lodging facilities in the University Guest House, which may be provided on first-come-first serve basis to the participants on payment in advance. The rates for a double bed room on sharing basis is Rs 175/- per day per person. Registration fFee (per delegate) Academic/Research/Govt Institutions or Industry: Rs. 500/-
Students/Research Scholars: Rs. 200/-

The Registration Fee payable through Demand Draft drawn in favour of The Registrar, Jamia Millia Islamia, payable at New Delhi.
