ITM University will be organizing an educational trip to Goa from March 16-22, 2014.
ITM Recreational Club invites entries from B. Tech 3rd yr and B. Tech 4th yr, MBA 1st yr, BBA pre-final yr, M. Tech 1st yr, BBA LLB pre final yr, LLM pre-final Yr, B. Com pre final yr students for this trip.
Trip Include following facilities:-
• Stay at 3 / 4 star Resort in Goa including all meals
• Commuting by Train-One side by Goa Express(Non AC) and one side by Rajdhani (3 Tier AC)
• In Between Refreshments/Meals
• Water Sports
• 2 Sight Seeing
• River Cruise
• D.J
• Team Building Activities
Entries are invited on first come first serve basis for 7 days and 6 nights (3 Days and 3 Nights at Goa) trip to GOA from March 16-22, 2014.
All the interested students may collect undertakings from library. The last date to submit the undertaking forms along with the respective charges is January 4, 2014.
The undertakings duly signed by parents can be submitted with the respective charges to Ms Jyotsna Singh/Mr. Vijay Budakoti in Room no 130 (CSE Staff Room) from 2:30pm to 4:00pm.

Note:-
• The students with good academic record and good attendance are invited. No attendance would be given to the students going on this trip.
• Any student involved and found guilty in any act of indiscipline is not eligible.
• Once the registrations made cannot be withdrawn in any circumstances (No Refund).S
