Economic (Hons), Delhi University Results 2011 Announced

Delhi University has officially announced the ECONOMIC (Hons) Part 1 (I Semester) Results for the academic year 2011.

The results of M.A. Persian and Anthropology have also been announced by the varsity.

It was after the declaration of the B.Com. Semester examination results yesterday that Prof. Dinesh Singh, DU's Vice-chancellor said that these were the quickest results that the varsity has ever announced.

It was a centralized and participatory process that involved thousands of teachers, who worked even on Sundays to get the results ready.

Singh further added that one of the biggest oppositions to the semester system was the anticipation that results would not be released on time because of the immense pressure on the system, but now they have proved them wrong.

This is a record as never in the history of DU, results have been declared so promptly, he said.
