DU admissions are considered to be a battle where every student is fighting tooth and nail for a spot in the course and college of their choice. The competition is expected to be so high, with third cut off being the fag end of the journey. However, this year, DU third cut off has come as a ray of hope and relief to students, with seats in some of the major courses in leading colleges still up for grabs! Sri Venkateswara College has re-opened admissions for Zoology in the General Category at 93% alongside Ramjas showing a 7% and 9% drop in Chemistry for the SC and ST category respectively. Miranda House has closed admissions for Botany in most categories.
Students who have not studied the subject they are applying for or have not included it in their best of 4 will suffer a disadvantage of 2.5% in their percentage. Admissions basis the third cut-off began on July 4, 2015 and the admission timings are from 9am to 1pm for most colleges.
