Fourth Cut Off implies closing of the admission procedure, with the least popular courses having admissions open. Admission Season 2015 has managed to take the students by surprise. With most courses in premiere colleges open for admission, the fourth cut off highlights the changing admission trends in Delhi University. Hansraj still has seats in the most popular courses available for almost all categories. Colleges like Sri Venkateswara, Miranda House and Ramjas have re-opened admission in Physics for ST category, Botany for General and Math for ST respectively. However, there have been certain closures with KMC shutting admissions to all categories (except PwD) for Zoology while Venky shuts Chemistry for General category.
Students who have not studied the subject they are applying for or have not included it in their best of 4 will suffer a disadvantage of 2.5% in their percentage. Admissions basis the third cut-off began on July 8, 2015 and the timings are from 9am to 1pm for most colleges.
