Ending all speculations and discussions, DU admission for various undergraduate courses finally announced to start for the academic session 2022-17 from June 1, 2022 onwards. Earlier, DU admission for various UG and PG courses had to start from May 28, 2022 but was delayed due to some unknown reasons.
As we have reported earlier and all of us know that DU admission process will be online this year and the university has also decided to conduct entrance test for some of the selected UG programmes that include Multimedia and Mass Communication, Bachelor of Management Studies, Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Elementary Education.

Those interested to pursue any of the courses and take DU admission need to fill in the online form. Even those who are applying for reserved categories like Extra Curricular Activities (ECA) sports quota, defence category to mention a few have to fill online forms too. Besides that, they also have to upload the self-attested copies of the desired documents online.
The list of documents that candidates need to upload for DU admission in any of the courses online include the mark sheets and certificates of 10th and 12th, character certificate, transfer certificate, scanned copy of the signature, photograph and reserved category certificates, if applicable.
DU admission announcement has come as a relief to parents and students for the ambiguity hovered over delay in the admission process. However, DU hasn’t yet provided any specific details about the admission policy as of now. Consequently, the parameters that will be taken into consideration while offering admission still remain unknown.
