The Second Cut-Off list is expected to give full 10% relaxation to OBC students.However Shri Ram College of Commerce which with a 100% cut-off for B.Com(H) for non-commerce students has closed admissions for that course so has Shaheed Bhagat Singh.
Kirori Mal college will keep admissions open for B.Com, B.Com(H) and other courses in history, geography, economics, English, botany and zoology. There will be admissions in BSc Physical Science and the BA programme as well.
Hans Raj too will keep its BCom(H) and science courses open. VK Kwatra, principal of the college said that B Com (H) is expected to see a marginal dip of around 0.25%, and sciences may see a dip of 1% to2%.
SGTB Khalsa College is likely to wind up admissions for some honours courses, including zoology, mathematics, English and economics. The remaining subjects, college officials said, will be available in the second list. These include BCom(H), BCom, Physics(H) and Chemistry(H).
Sri Venkateswara College, in South Campus, too, will have a second cutoff for as many as 15 courses, including BCom (H), BCom and honours courses in zoology, botany, biochemistry, electronics, economics, sociology, political science, Hindi and Sanskrit.
Most of the girls colleges too will have a second cut-off list.
