Delhi University To Conduct PGMET-H 2014 On 11th October 2014

Delhi University has invited applications for Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test (PGMET) Homeopathy for admission to Nehru Homeopathic Medical College. The test will be conducted on 11^th October 2014 for the session 2014-17.

About Nehru Homeopathic Medical College

Nehru Homeopathic Medical College and Hospitals is one of the premier and reputed Homoeopathic Medical College in India. The institution was founded by Padam Bhushan Late Dr Yudhvir Singh, a pioneer Homeopath of India. Classes in the college were started from 1967 for DHMS course, upgraded to BHMS course under the Board of Homeopathic System of Medicine.

The college is affiliated to University of Delhi for award of BHMS degree since 1992. The Post Graduate courses in the subjects of Practice of Medicine and Organon of Medicine & Homeopathic Philosophy in the institution has started from 2008.

DU PGMET-H 2014

The DU PGMET-H 2014 exam which scheduled to be held on 11^th October 2014 is open for all BHMS graduates. Students can request for supply for bulletin information by post till 12^th September 2014. The last date for applying is 24^th September 2014. The counselling will be held on 27^th October 2014.

The fee for application is Rs 1500 by hand in person against bank draft. Students will have to spend Rs 1550 if they send the application form by post. For SC/STs the fee is Rs 1300 and Rs 1350 respectively. Students can also apply online.

Eligibility to apply for DU PGMET-H 2014

• The candidate must have passed BHMS from DU after undergoing a course of study of not less than five years and six months duration including one year compulsory internship which must be completed by 31^st July and should have obtained permanent registration from the Board of Homoeopathic System of Medicine. Or
• A candidate must have passed BHMS form any other recognized university. Or
• Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery or equivalent in Homeopathy after undergoing a course of study of not less than two years duration.
