The University of Delhi (DU) has asked its students and alumni to recall some of their fondest memories and write them on paper. This will help in bridging the gap between the administration and students.
They can share their memories in Hindi and English as per their convinience. The experience, which strikes the varsity the most, will be shown on its Facebook Page for a month - till 31st January, 2012.
This monthly exercise will increase engagement between the university staff and administration and also provide ideas for improvement.
Students have been asked to send their experiences by December 31, 2012.
A notice regarding this has been circulated to colleges, university departments and also posted on DU's official website.
An alumnus of Lady Shri Ram (LSR) College said that this is a good idea as there is so much that we remember and cherish about DU.
A university official said that we are anticipating to get a lot of entries and selecting the best one will be very difficult.
