ITM University invites all students of B. Tech, M. Tech, MBA, BBA and LLM who have passed out in June 2014 to attend the Convocation Ceremony to be held on December 20, 2014.
Degrees would be awarded by the Vice Chancellor, Pro Chancellor, Chancellor and Dr Karan Singh, Member of Parliament.
Students can bring their parents to the event (maximum 2 persons). Separate seating section has been made for them.
Event at a glance:
Arrival of all students: Students will have to arrive the place by 8.30 am sharp. Rooms will be allotted for registration, issuing of gowns, rehearsal ECE & EEE: Room No. 30, 31
- ME & AE: Room No. 32, 33
- CSE & IT: Room No. 34, 35
- Civil Engg.: Room No. 36
- M. Tech: From the designated rooms mentioned above of their respective dept.
- MBA, BBA: Room No. 001
- LLM: Room No. 311
Issue of gowns: After register themselves from the above registration rooms, they are requested to wear the prescribed gown with cap for the ceremony. Students can collect the gowns from above rooms up to 10:00 AM only.
Rehearsal: To maintain the strict decorum during the event, it is mandatory for all students to attend the rehearsal. ITM University will conduct a rehearsal on the day.
