MCET-AC 2015 Counselling dates for MBBS & BDS in Andhra Pradesh medical colleges

Counselling for 'B' category seats of MBBS and BDS courses or management quota seats in private medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh will be held on August 12 and 13, 2015 at NTRUHS. A separate entrance test MCET-AC was conducted for admission to medical seats in AP.

According to a press release from NTRUHS, the counselling will be held in two sessions - morning and evening - on the two days.

The schedule is as follows:

Eligibility for counselling:

• Carry relevant certificates and
• Pay counselling fee of Rs. 5,000 at the reception counter
• Payment to be made as a demand draft drawn in favour of 'Secretary, APMDCMA'

Fee details for admission to medical colleges in AP basis MCET-AC:

• University fee for MBBS is Rs. 25,000
• Tuition fee for MBBS is Rs. 11, 000,00
• University fee for BDS at Rs. 16,000
• Tuition fee for BDS is Rs. 4, 500, 00

Payment Procedure

Payment is to be made in the form of demand draft drawn in favour of 'Registrar, Dr NTR University of Health Sciences' for University fee.

Payment for BDS has to be paid in demand draft drawn in favour of 'secretary, APMDCMA' for tuition fee. The selected candidates have also to submit one year bank guarantee for tuition fee chargeable at the college every year before the commencement of academic year till the completion of the course.

In all, there are 11 private medical colleges and 12 private dental colleges with total seats (management quota) of 574 and 402 respectively.
