Concurso Auto Quiz organized by Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior

Concurso, a national level auto quiz competition was organized by the students of Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior in Madhya Pradesh for students with basic knowledge & interest in automobiles on March 14 & March 15, 2015. The event was open students across all fields. 

Madhav Institute of Technology & Science, Gwalior (MITS), managed by Scindia Engineering College Society offers B. Tech/ engineering courses on Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, CSE/IT Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Architecture, Biotechnology, MCA and Applied Sciences & Humanities. In addition, MITS plans to add new brances of engineering in its curriculum such as: Environmental Technology, Polymer Technology, Pharmaceutical Technology and Bio-Informatics.

Concurso was carried out in two rounds.

Team Specifications

• Per team consisted of two members only
• Team members were allowed to be from different colleges.
• One person cannot be a part of multiple teams

Competition fee

• SAE members: Rs. 80 per team
• Non SAE members: Rs. 100 per team

Prizes Money

• Worth Rs. 20,000

• 1st prize - Rahul Bhargav & Vinod Dubey (RJIT)
• 2nd prize -Vijay Kumar & Harish Sribas (MITS)
• 3nd prize - Amit Kumar Sharma & Mayank Kumar (MITS)
• Consolation prize - Gargi Dashora & Kalika Yadav (MITS).
