COMEDK UGET 2014 Counselling begins Today, July 3, 2014

COMEDK UGET 2014 Counselling for medical and dental colleges commences today, July 3, 2014 and will continue till July 5, 2014.

There are three options one out which can be adopted by students post selecting an MBBS / BDS seat during the First Round of COMEDK UGET-2014 Counselling. Students can click on the following link to view the options.

Procedure to be followed after First Round of COMEDK UGET-2014 Counselling 

ComedK UGET 2014 was conducted on May 11, 2014 for admission to Under Graduate courses in Medical, Dental and Engineering courses in private unaided colleges of Karnataka. The results for the same were published on the official website of ComedK on June 4, 2014.

List of Important Documents for COMEDK UGET 2014 Counselling

• Only the original Certificates and one set of Attested Photocopies of all the documents shall be furnished compulsorily at the time of counselling.
• Candidate must carry any one of the photo ID proof mentioned in original a) Passport, b) Voter ID, c) Driving License, d) Bank pass book with photo attested by the bank manager, e) 12th STD / 2nd PUC Board exam Hall ticket / Admit card, f) School / College Photo Identity card, g) Aadhar Card.
• Parent / Guardian accompanying the candidate must carry any one of the photo ID proof mentioned in original a) Passport, b) Driving License, c) Voter ID, d) PAN card, e) Aadhar Card, f) Bank pass book with photo attested by the bank manager.
• COMEDK UGET – 2014 TAT Card. (PRINTED ONLINE COPY which was produced at the time of writing the entrance test on 11/05/2014)
• COMEDK UGET-2014 – Rank Card (PRINTED ONLINE COPY from COMEDK website).
• 10th standard / SSLC or School Leaving Certificate or any School or Government 12th standard / 2nd PUC or equivalent qualifying examination Marks Card. (Should satisfy the eligibility criteria as in para 10 and 12 above)
• Demand Draft drawn only from the Nationalised banks in favour of „COMEDK‟ and Indicating the Test Admission Ticket Number (TAT No. XXXXXXX) there on payable at Bangalore.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ ST and OBC (of Karnataka State) would be considered, provided they furnish the following Certificates: 

1. SC / ST: certificate issued by competent authority (Authorized to issue such a certificate, but not below the rank of a Tahsildar) valid for the year of admission (namely 2014).
2. OBC: Category I, IIA, IIB, and IIIA, III B: As notified by the Government of Karnataka; Caste and income certificate issued by Tahsildar or higher revenue jurisdictional authority authorized to issue such certificate valid only for the year of admission (namely 2014).
3. Residential/Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority to show that he/she or his/her parents (Father/Mother) has been a resident of Karnataka state for a period of not less than seven years shall be produced.
4. In the event of furnishing of residential /domicile certificate, proof of either father/ mother of the candidate having studied in Karnataka State for a continuous period of seven years shall also be produced.

• Candidate belonging to H & K region: Have to submit the required eligibility certificates as prescribed under Karnataka public employment (Reservation in Appointment for Hyderabad Karnataka Region) (Issue of Eligibility Certificates), rules 2013 read with Government Circular No. DPAR 43 HKC 2013 dated 10/02/2014.
