The last date for applying for AIEEE 2012 (being conducted by CBSE) is 31st Dec 2011.
Online applications for AIEEE 2012 have become mandatory from this year & students applying have had a lot of confusion over their inability to make corrections to fields like "Mother's Income" or "Qualifying Examination".
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has clarified such doubts & assured students that the fields in the AIEEE 2012 online application form that have not been included in the correction option, will not have any effect on the applicant's qualification for the exam.
CBSE Chairman Vineet Joshi explained, “Even if a candidate has provided incorrect information in any of the fields which have not been kept open for correction, he or she will be considered eligible. The corrections can be made by simply sending an application to the regional office a month prior to the examination.”
