Campus Drive of Proptiger Reality Pvt. Ltd at RKGIT

Proptiger Reality Pvt. Ltd conducted a recruitment drive for MBA final year students on December 13, 2013 at the campus of Raj Kumar Goel Institute of Technology.

Drive was started sharp by 9.30 in the morning at CRC Hall No.1, RKGIT. Placement was done for the post of Asst. Sales Manager.

Required Skills:

• Experience in sales will be added advantage

• Good communication skill

• Good presentation skill

Selection will be done on the basis of candidate’s performance in PPT followed by GD and PI.

Selected candidates will be placed in Noida/Gurgaon. They will be paid 2.1 lacs pa as fixed salary + 1.2pa incentives which is on performance basis+ 48,000 pa as conveyance + 14,400 pa mobile reimbursement. The Net take home will be Rs. 15500 per month.

Key Responsibilities are:

• Presenting idea to enhance the Brand Awareness and also to increase the sales

• Assisting Head in sales of various Residential projects of Builders and Developers

• Handling client to solve their query and also sell them residential projects in the region

• Making site visits to clients in Residential projects

• Meeting targets with Quarterly deadlines and Business Development Operations

• Providing after sales services and assisting in Home Loans for the cliental.

Placement result is yet to be declared. Students will beintimated once result is out.
