Atlas Copco (India) Ltd, the Indian subsidiary of the Swedish Multinational Atlas Copco AB visited the Sinhgad Technical Education Society, Vadgaon campus to recruit final year Mechanical and Production Engineering students.
The machine to mining tools major recruited a total of eight students as Management Trainees who will be joining the company after completion of their graduation.
It was the efforts of the training and placement office, the selection process went off very smoothly with no hitches at any stage.
Eligible students had to register online in order to participate in the recruitment process. The registered students went through two rounds of selection – first, a group discussion in which twenty five percent of the candidates were selected for the next round.
The selected candidates were then interviewed by a panel of experts from Atlas Copco(India) Ltd. Based on the performance of the candidates in the interview; eight candidates were given job offers.
