BCECE 2017 Exam Pattern

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination 2022 or BCECE 2022 is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the BCECE Board for admission to various undergraduate programmes in Engineering, Medical, Agriculture and Technology. 

It is only conducted for admission in the state of Bihar and all the major exam centres are also located in Bihar.

BCECE 2022 Exam Pattern

• The exam will be conducted in two different stages, Stage 1 will take place in April 2022, whereas Stage 2 will take place in May 2022
• All the questions will be multiple choice based
• Negative marking- 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer
• The total duration of the Stage 1 exam will be 2 hours and 15 minutes
• The duration of each subject in  Stage 2 will be 1 hour 30 minutes

BCECE 2022 Selection Process

• Candidates will appear for Stage 1 as per the  programme that they have applied for
• A subject group wise merit list will decide the names of the candidates who will appear for the stage 2 exam
• As per the marks in Stage 2, candidates will be listed according to their merit in the respective subject groups, and the final selection will be based on the counselling sessions conducted by the board
