• Original CLC of the last Institution attended

• Attested Xerox copy of marks sheet of 10th and 12th

• Character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended examinations.

• Migration certificate from the University last attended, except the students of B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur.
