Banaras Hindu University will conduct RET for PhD, M.Phil admissions

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has invited applications from eligible candidates for 2022 admission in PhD, M.Phil and integrated PhD courses.

BHU will conduct Research Entrance Test (RET) and M.Phil Entrance Test (MET) in the third week of July 2022 for selection of candidates.

University says that NET (JRF), NET (LS) and GATE qualified candidates shall be eligible for direct admission (besides other categories of candidates listed in Section H of this information bulletin) without appearing in RET. However, if candidates belonging to NET (LS)/ GATE wish to be considered for BHU research fellowship, they will have to appear in RET and be admitted/ short-listed as RET candidate.

BHU has created its Entrance Test Portal with the domain name www.bhuonline.in. The link is also available on the BHU website www.bhu.ac.in. The RET/M.Phil. 2022 Information Bulletin and Application Form is available on the BHU website. The entire process of making RET/M. Phil 2013 application for admission to various disciplines/programmes during the academic session 2022-18 has been made ONLINE.
