B. Tech counselling at Bharti Vidyapith University is going on. University has started the counselling session from June 26 and will be continuing till July 4, 2014. Counselling is done on the basis of CET score which was declared on June 11, 2014.
This year CET was conducted in different cities like Pune, Hyderabad, Indore, Mumbai, New Delhi, Vadodara, Bangalore, Lucknow.
Important documents to be produce at the time of counselling:
- Letter for Counselling
- For a proof of date of birth: SSC Certificate or School/ College Leaving Certificate or Certificate of Domicile/ Nationality Certificate
- A Certificate for the Principal/ Headmaster of the School for having studied for 11th and 12th standard in India
- State of marks of X std examination
- State of marks of XII std examination
- Transfer certificate from the institution studied last
- Migration certificate (For students who joined a course after 12th)
- Gap Certificate (For students who joined a course after 12th)
- Conduct and Character certificate from a responsible person
- Caste certificate (For SC/ST candidates only)
- Caste Validity certificate issued by competent authority (For SC/ST candidates only)
- Certificate of medical fitness
- Six recent passport-size photographs with candidate’s name written on back side
- The amount of Tuition fees, other fees and hostel fees in-case the candidate is admitted to hostel
- An affidavit in the format given in Annexure III (Brochure) signed by the candidate and counter-signed by parent/ guardian in the presence of Notary public on stamp paper

Note:
The candidate is required to pay additional amount of Rs. 10,050/- against fees for value added course of Network Security (Rs. 6600/-), Caution money deposit (Rs. 2000/-), Smart card (Rs. 450/-) and Dress code (Rs. 1000/- for boys & Rs 850/- for girls), in cash at the time of admission. Caution money deposit is refunded after completion of course.
