B.Pharm admission is going on at Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. All provisionally selected candidates are required to report in person for document verification cum admission at Mesra, during working hours on any working day by July 11, 2014, failing which their admission offers will be cancelled, and vacant seats will be allotted to candidates next on merit from the waiting list.
Documents to be produced at the time of Admission:
- Pass Certificate of Class 10
- Marsheet of Class 10
- Marsheet of Class 12 / I. Sc. or equivalent
- Admit Card of JEE (Main) 2014 / AIPMT 2014
- Score Card of JEE (Main) 2014 / AIPMT 2014
- School / College leaving certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Originals of caste certificate (if applicable). Caste certificates must be in proper format, signed by appropriate authority of rank not less than SDO.
- Originals of being physically handicapped / other special category certificates (if applicable). Candidates belonging to physically handicapped / Persons of Disability (PwD) / other special categories mentioned in brochure must have relevant certificate(s) in proper format signed by appropriate authority
- Photo identification: (Driving license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, School /College ID are acceptable)
