Apply for Azim Premji University MA, LLM Courses Latest by January 12, 2017

Azim Premji University (APU) has started inviting applications from students seeking admission in Master of Arts (M.A.) or Master of Laws (LLM) programmes for academic session starting from 2022.

Aspirants are recommended to start filling their applications for the above-mentioned PG courses at Azim Premji University as APU will not accept PG application forms 2022 from January 12, 2022.

Candidates can make the application via offline mode, but to the application forms can be downloaded from the official website also.

Applications are invited from working professionals, teachers and fresh graduates to the following programmes:

• Master of Arts in Education (2 years)
• Master of Arts in Development (2 years)
• Master's in Teacher Education* ( 2 years)

Eligibility Criteria for PG Admissions at APU

Applicants need to have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university to be termed eligible for PG application at Azim Premji University. Also candidates appearing in their final term examination or are waiting for the results can also apply.

Candidates with prior work experience will be preferred at the time of admission and are given additional weightage in the interview process.

• Click on ‘Apply Here’ link in the admission section on the homepage
• Click on ‘Apply Online’
• Make registration
• Download Application forms
• Attach the copies of required documents
• Pay the application fees of INR 250 via DD in favour of "Azim Premji Foundation for Development”
• Send the complete application form at ‘Admissions Office, Azim Premji University, PES Campus, Pixel Park, B Block, Electronics City, Hosur Road, Bengaluru – 560100’

Selection Procedure for PG Admissions 2022 at Azim Premji University

Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written exam followed by an interview, examining the student’s proficiency in English, analytical ability, general and social awareness and knowledge of relevant subjects. The entrance test will be conducted across 28 centres throughout India.

MA Admissions 2022

M.A. aspirant is required to appear for an entrance exam which is common for all PG programmes, which is usually conducted in January/February each year. Later shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interviews and make it to the final selection. 

LLM Admissions 2022

On contrary, Azim Premji University entrance test is not the only criteria for admissions, aspirant’s performance in other entrance exams that are conducted to offer admission in PG courses in law are also considered.

Note: Financial aid to through educational loan will be provided to cover part or full will tuition fees and accommodation fees. Scholarships will also be available for eligible students based on the assessment of needs.
