- You need to be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of Assam.
- You should have done at least 4 years of schooling at HSLC level from Assam.
- You should have secured at least 60% aggregate marks (if General Category) or 50% (if SC/ST Category) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination.
