The Amrita School of Nursing (affiliated to Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University) invites applications to its M.sc Nursing Course for the academic session 2012 - 13.
Admissions will be made on the basis of an All India entrance test (Amrita Entrance Examination 2012) conducted by the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham University. The entrance exam will be conducted only at the Amrita School of Medicine, Kochi, Kerala on 18th March 2012.

M.Sc Nursing is a 2 year long course & offers the following specialties:
1) Medical - Surgical Nursing
2) Psychiatric Nursing
3) Pediatric Nursing
4) Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing
Eligibility Criteria to apply for M.Sc Nursing at Amrita School of Nursing for 2012-13
- The candidate should be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with any State Nursing Council.
- The candidate should have passed BSc Nursing or BSc Hons. Nursing or Post Basic BSc Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks from an Institution recognized by INDIAN NURSING COUNCIL.
- Candidates should be medically fit.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience after basic BSc Nursing or prior/after Post Basic BSc Nursing
