ALTIUS’14, the technical festival of NIT, Kurukshetra successfully come to an end on Sunday, October 19, 2014.
All the societies gave their contribution with full of enthusiasm. Many known brands such as DOMINOS and other coaching institute sponsored for the fest.
The fest begins with the inauguration of 3 hours with the Chief Guest Prof. Anand Mohan, Director NIT Kurukshetra and Guest of Honor Mr. Mohammad Shoaib, Director Crisp Analysis.
After the inauguration of the fest, the events of all the societies continued for 3 days. Informal events were also organized side by side. NITIANS participated in the events with eagerness.

- Technobyte: Kanvas,Technova, Axiom, Game-Station, Code-Ab-Initio, Webhunt
- Mechsoc: Junkyard wars, Industry Wars, Mechvibes, Torque, 3-D Integration, Roll-A-Coaster, Machinability, Apprentice
- Electroreck: Alfa Quest, Electro Vista, Drishti, Interface
- Microbus: Mr Aristotle, Microsearch, Micrologic, Techguru
- Mexperts: Techno Mining, Pixellete, C Your Aptitude, Contra code, Code Warriors, Obfuscation, Bulls N Bears, Marketing Guru, B-Plan, Esprit De Corps, Ad Mad,CSR
- Infrastructure: Prayatn, Amazing Race, Build-Em-All, Civiera, Mixcrete, Town Planning, Ex-Quizite, AechiCapture, SSC, Staad Fight, Wildflower, Civiq
The Photographic Club of NIT KURUKSHETRA also came with the wonderful contribution by covering the whole fest.
Finally there was valedictory of ALTIUS’14 on October 20 at 5 P.M. and the fest came to an end with prize distribution by Prof. Akhilesh Swarup and Prof. Brahmjit Singh, Chairman Altius 2014.
