All About Tripura Joint Entrance Examination (Medical) JEE 2012

The Joint Entrance Examination has been conducted by the Tripura board of Joint entrance Examination, the Joint Entrance Examination has been conducted by the Tripura board of Joint entrance Examination to admit the eligible candidates to the various medical degree courses.

The basic purpose is to select candidates for consideration for admission to the Colleges on the basis of the results of a single competitive examination, which would also lead to saving of time, energy and expenditure on the part of the candidates in appearing at number of entrance tests.

Eligibility Criteria for Tripura Joint Entrance Examination (Tripura JEE) 2012

• The candidate should be of Indian origin.
• He/She must be a permanent resident of Thripura in order to appear for the examination.
• The candidates are not eligible to apply if he/she has allotted a seat in the previous year through Joint Entrance Examination.
• Permanent residence proof should be submitted at the time of application. 
• Candidates should have passed the higher secondary examinations conducted by the central board of higher secondary examination/Tripura board of secondary education. 

• The exam structure consists of three sections
• Candidates those who are seeking admission to Medical degree courses must appear for physics, chemistry and biology
• 60% of questions from each section will be of objective type multiple choice type and 40% are of short answer questions
• The time allotted for each section is 90 minutes
