AIST 2014: To be held from June 13 to June 15, 2014

Candidates aspiring for admissions to Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI) must prep up for AIST scheduled to start tomorrow June13, 2014 and go on till June 15, 2014.

Courses Covered Under AIST

• FDDI School of Footwear design, Production & management: MBA (Footwear Design, Production & management), M.DES (Creative Design & CAD/CAM), B.DES. (Footwear Design, Production & Management)
• FDDI School of Leather Goods and Accessories Design: B.DES. (Leather Goods & Accessories Design)
• FDDI School of Fashion Design: B.DES. (Fashion Design)
• FDDI School of Retail Management
• FDDI School of Business Management: Integrated Programme in Business Management
• The AIST is the common entrance test for admission to any of the courses.

Examination Pattern

• AIST is a two and a half hour long exam conducted in English and Hindi.
• There will a total of 150 objective multiple choice questions.
• Each question would carry 1 mark.
• There is no negative marking

Counselling Programme for AIST 2014

• Dates for Counselling

1. UG Programme Counselling: 24th & 25th June, 2014
2. PG Programme Counselling: 26th, 27th & 28th, June, 2014

• The programme & campus will be allotted to the candidate on basis of his / her rank and preference.
• Admission will be made strictly on merit basis (Rank-wise) and counselling / admissions will continue till all the seats get filled up.
•  A candidate who is allotted a seat will be required to pay an amount of RS. 25,000/-  at the time of counselling / admission to reserve the seat.
• The amount submitted shall not be refunded in case of withdrawal of admission.
• The candidate will be given seven working days to deposit the balance fee.
