Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune is inviting applications for admission to its MBBS course commencing from 1st August, 2014.
To be considered for admission to AFMC Pune, the eligible candidates should have appeared in AIPMT 2014 and also applied online to AFMC Pune.
130 candidates (including maximum of 25 girls) will be shortlisted for admission this year on the basis of AIPMT 2014.
Eligibility
Candidates
- Should have taken All India Pre Medical Entrance Test (AIPMT) 2014, which is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
- Must have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology with minimum overall 60 per cent aggregate marks and not less than 50 per cent marks in each individual subject
- Must be unmarried and medically fit
How to Apply
Students appearing for AIPMT 2014 must also apply separately to AFMC online.
Selection Process
Candidates who will be short-listed on the basis of marks obtained in AIPMT 2014 will be called for a computer-based test of English language, Comprehension, Logic and Reasoning (ToELR) consisting of 40 multiple choice questions, followed by a psychological assessment/interview.
