Coffee Board of India is an autonomous body functioning under Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The board is responsible for research, development, extension, quality upgradation, marketing and domestic as well as external promotion of Indian coffee. It aims to increase consumption of coffee in India and abroad.
The Coffee Board invites applications for admission to its 1 year post graduate diploma in coffee quality management.
Eligibility
Science Graduates are eligible for this course. Candidates sponsored by export/ curing establishments/ coffee plantations will be given preference.
Application Procedure
- Applicants can download application form from official website of the coffee board (www. Indiacoffee.org) and can send complete form with demand draft of RS. 200/- payable to “Coffee Board General Fund Non Plant Account” to Head (Quality Control Division), Coffee Board, No. 1, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Veedhi, Banglore – 560001.
- Applicants can also obtain application form and prospectus by sending a written request with a demand draft and a self- addressed envelope (9”x6”) to the above mentioned address. A form can be collected personally from Coffee Board Office.
- Foreign students applying for the course will be under open and sponsored categories. They should be well versed in English and their admission is subject to clearance from government of India.
