Admission Alert: LBSIM - Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, 2012-2014

LBSIM (Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management) is inviting applications for admission to the following AICTE approved programmes for the academic session 2012-2014:
1. 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management 2012-14
2. 2 year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Finance) 2012-14

Eligibility Criteria

You should have at least a 3 year bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline recognised by AICTE. Students appearing for the final examination in 2012 can also apply.

How to Apply

• LBSIM applicants must appear for the Common Admission Test (CAT) of IIMs.
• Candidates are also required to register at LBSIM, Delhi through a separate Application Form which will be available along with Information Brochure from Admission Coordinator, LBSIM, Delhi OR at selected branches of IMS Learning Resources OR which can be downloaded from LBSIM’s website.  You can get the form on payment of Rs.1600/- in cash or DD in favour of Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management payable at New Delhi.

• Candidates short-listed on the basis of CAT score will be called for Group Discussion (GD), Extempore and Personal Interview (PI) for final selection at one of the following places (as selected by the candidate at the time of applying for registration with LBSIM): (1) Bengaluru (2) Delhi (3) Hyderabad (4) Kolkata (5) Mumbai.The weightage for final selection will be 60% for CAT score and 40% for Group Discussion, Extempore and Personal Interview. Selected candidates will be intimated by Registered Post / Courier / Ordinary Post. No regret letters will be sent to those who are not selected. The Institute does not take any responsibility for postal delays and / or loss in transit. Result of selected candidates is also displayed on Institute's website.
