Admission Alert: GITAM School of International Business

GITAM School of International Business is inviting applications for admission to the following programmes for the academic session 2012 – 2014

• MBA – International Business (IB)
• MBA – International Banking and Finance
• MBA – Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Eligibility Criteria

• 50%  marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in any Bachelor’s Degree (after 10+2) from a recognized University.
• Those awaiting results of Final Year Degree examinations may also apply. However, if proof of graduation is not submitted by 30th,September 2011, their admission will be automatically cancelled without refund of fee. 

Valid test scores in CAT-2011 /  IIFT-2011 / XAT-2012 / MAT-(Sep-2011, Dec-2011 & Feb-2012) / GET 2012 / GMAT.

About GET 2012: The entrance test conducted by GITAM School of International Business. GET’12 is compulsory for those applicants who have not taken any of the other valid tests, and is optional for those who already possess any of the above scores. Qualification in GET’12 does not reserve any right to the applicant for admission into any of the three programmes offered by GSIB.

How to Apply

• Candidates, who have appeared in more than one entrance test, may apply with all the registration numbers / test scores, in a single application.
• Candidates interested to apply for GET 2012 are required to fill  and submit  “APP-GET”form attached along with application form marked “APP-MBA”.

Admission Process

• Applications short-listed on the basis of CAT 2011 / IIFT 2011 / XAT 2011 / MAT (Sep’11, Dec-2011 & ·Feb’2012) / GET 2012 scores, shall be considered  for Case Analysis, Group Discussion, Personal Interview.
• Final selection is based on aggregate of the best Scores in the above tests  and in Case Analysis, GD and PI.

Last date for receiving filled-in application for GET’12: 14th January, 2012
GET 2012 Test Date: 29th January, 2012
Last date for receiving filled-in application with other scores: 29th February, 2012
Case Analysis, GD and PI : 10th & 11th March, 2012
