Aaghaz 2013 college fest

P.G.D.A.V. college under Delhi University has thirteen departments offering undergraduate courses in Arts, Sciences and Commerce and Computer Science. Four of these Departments register students at the Master's level for tutorial classes which supplement the M.A. lecture classes held at the University of Delhi.
