• Caste Validity Certificate- SC, ST, VJ, NT (A), NT (B), NT(C), NT(D),SBC,

• OBC

• Non – Creamy Layer Certificate - ST, VJ, NT (A), NT(B),NT(C),NT(D),SBC, OBC

• Adhar Card (UID No.)

• Nationality Certificate or Birth certificate or Passport

• Domicile Certificate

• Passport Size Photograph (3 copies)

• Copies of all documents 3 set

For out of Maharashtra State Candidate:

• Allotment Letter

• SSC Mark sheet

• HSC Mark sheet

• Leaving certificate of XII

• Proforma-I

• MT-CET-13 / JEE MAIN – 13 score card

• Migration Certificate

• Nationality Certificate or Birth certificate or Passport

• Passport size photographs (5 copies)

• Copies of all documents 3 set onwards

Note: Backward Class candidates are required to submit printout along with the required documents of online scholarship /Freeship form.
