Conference Details

• Paper presentations: The delegates are requested to submit full paper after presentation to their respective chair persons.
• Prizes for young scholars: Prizes will be announced during conference and be given out in the Valedictory session to the authors of the awarded papers.

Accommodation

• Most of the WAVES members are placed in DSVV Guest House & Jangir Bhrahman Bhawan (near DSVV). They will be intimated separately.
• Students registered with the fee of Rs 1500/- will be accommodated at Panchkula Bhawan (near DSVV) & international hostel, DSVV premises, Haridwar.
• Delegates who paid Rs 4000/- registration will stay at Jangir Bhrahman Bhawan (near DSVV).

Direction and address of DSVV
DSVV is just 7 km from the railway station / bus stand of Haridwar on Haridwar-Rishikesh bye pass. Autos and buses are available from bus stands / railways on regular / booked basis. If informed earlier, then we will be in position to pick the delegates from Haridwar railway station / bus stand.
