Those applying for admissions to the Bachelor’s with honours course in management studies — which is turning out to be the most sought after programme this year — are faced with an unique problem.
The problem stems from the Delhi University decision to make the admission process for this programme wholly online and separate it from that for other courses.
A section of applicants have complained that they have been unable to upload digital copies of their signatures and photographs to the application web page. Without these, the form is rejected automatically.
The application procedure started on May 21 and thousands of students have already registered. The last date of submitting application is Monday.
“I managed to upload my photograph and signature only after several attempts despite them being in the correct format. I called the varsity help desk after a number of unsuccessful attempts. They were of help but the whole process was time consuming,” said Arushi Govil, an aspirant.
