Dibrugarh University has started inviting applications from eligible candidates seeking admission in Master of Law (LLM) programme for the academic session 2022-17.

The University has released LLM application forms 2022 on the official website where students can fill applications and register themselves for the upcoming admission test for admission in LLM course at Dibrugarh University.

Eligibility Criteria for LLM Admission at Dibrugarh University

  1. Aspirant should have scored minimum 50% aggregate in LLB or BA/BSc./BCom./BBA in Law from a recognised University.
  2. Students who are appearing for final examination can also apply for Master of Law at Dibrugarh University, but they should produce the mark sheet and certificate of degree in original at the time of admission.

  • Create a Log In by clicking ‘Enter’ tab on the top of the home page
  • Click "Apply Online", select the programme type and programme name and continue
  • Fill the application form step by step (Details, Photograph, Signature) and submit
  • Pay LLM application fees via Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit card
  • Send filled-in application form along with the relevant enclosures to the Centre for Juridical Studies, Dibrugarh University

Diburgarh University LLM Admission Test 2022

Once aspirants register themselves for LLM Admission test 2022, they will be required to appear in the test and a viva voce that will lead to final selection.

It will be a 2-hour paper, wherein applicants have to attempt 100 questions consisting of 200 marks in total. It will be conducted at Centre for Judicial Studies, Diburgarh University, Diburgarh, Assam.

The LLM admission test paper will be divided in seven parts (Indian Constitutional Law, Indian Penal Code, Environmental Law, International Law, C.P.C., Cr.P.C. & Evidence Act, Family Law, and Law of Torts).

LLM Admission Selection Procedure 2022

The programme of Master of Law at Diburgarh University consists of 40 seats and students who will qualify in the admission test & viva voce will be welcomed for admission for the academic session 2022-17.

After being selected in the provisional merit list of LLM 2022, one has to appear before admission committee with original certificates, mark sheets and other requirements as per scheduled date and time.
