Delhi University’s (DU) third open day on Monday saw participation from more than 600 prospective students and parents.
DU officials held a short presentation on the application process under the new four-year programme after which questions were addressed.
While most were satisfied, a few said they were not allowed to ask multiple questions. “We wanted to know about sports and ECA admissions but were told this information will be made available on the websites. If we have to get all the information from the website, why are these open days being held?” said Payal Nagpal, an aspirant.
University officials clarified that open days were not the right place to get information about cut-offs or sports trials, but to impart information on admission process.
