Placement
The centre arranges periodically Placement Programs, aptitude training and in-plant training. The Centre, Placement and Training activities are assisted by one faculty from each department. The Centre interacts effectively with industries in and around Chennai. The Centre organizes campus recruitment, in-plant training on a regular basis. The Centre also arranges training of teachers for their professional development and career improvement which is a significant aspect.

Library
The library is located in a large hall where more than 25,000 books from various engineering disciplines are stacked. Reference books are kept separately. The seating is made in such a way that the access to the library is easy or students and teaching staff. There are 250 journals. They are National and International journals. In addition few Magazines, Educational cassettes, VCD and DVD-200 are also available.
