The college is spread over an area of 25 acres of land. The College has constructed buildings to accommodate Lecture Halls, Computer Labs, Electrical Lab, Electronic Devices Lab, Electronic Circuit & Control Lab, Microwave Lab, RF Lab, DSP Lab, Physics and Chemistry Labs, Drawing Hall, Workshop, Library, Canteen, Hostel and Administrative Office.

The collection of volumes covers a wide range of Engineering subjects and other related fields of study.
