Indukaka Ipcowala Institute of Management (I2IM) constituent of Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) has been established with the mission to develop excellent managers with entrepreneurial and leadership qualities. It is affiliated to Charotar University Science and technology and approved by AICTE. The Vision of the Institute is to emerge as a significant management institute for meeting the needs of society by creation and dissemination of cutting edge, world class knowledge. The Institute provides training to its students through unique learner-centric pedagogy and Enhanced emphasis on self-management.

Master of Business Administration (MBA)	0	Graduates (10+2+3 pattern) of Gujarat state or out state universities in any disciplines provided they have passed H. S. C. or equivalent examination from a school situated in Gujarat state with Maths/Business Maths/Statistics as one of the subjects. Other rules ar per the norms of ACPC. NRG and NRI candidates are also eligible to apply for CMAT, but admission will be granted against management quota seats.	-
BBA+ MBA Dual Degree	-	Candidate should have passed 12th standard (or equivalent) examination (any stream) with English as a subject is eligible for admission to the BBA Programme and according to the regulations for admission decided by CHARUSAT from time to time.	-
Post Graduation Diploma in management (PGDM)	-	Any graduate with a recognised bachelor’s degree of minimum three years’ duration is eligible for admission to the programme. The admission procedure would be as per the requirements of AICTE.	-

Placement

The Institute has an independent Institute Industry Interface Co-ordination committee which takes care of Final & Summer Placement, MDPs and Consultancies. The Institute provides the best of amenities for conducting the recruitment programs. Training activities are organized throughout the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students for the campus selection programmes. Candidates are provided practical inputs and simulations that facilitates an actual understanding about the dynamics of business environment. The Committee keeps on inviting various industries and reputed firms for campus recruitment,Also a Training & Placement cell has been established to help students get the right job. The cell organizes career counseling, job fairs, mock interviews and resume writing seminars.

Infrastructures

The college is well equipped with all the modern facilities.

Laboratory

All laboratories are well equipped with state of art equipments, which not only cater to UG and PG programmes, but are also very useful for testing and consultancy projects. The details are available in respective departments. The laboratories provide students with opportunities to verify the theoretical knowledge that they imbibe in the classroom, and experience scientific principles first-hand.

Library

The Knowledge Resource center (Central Library) – a proud partner in the institute’s march towards its vision, plays a vital role in acquisition, organization and dissemination of knowledge. It has put in place policies and procedure systems and services and the ambience that facilitate creation of new knowledge. It has an excellent collection of both print and electronic books, journals, technical reports, back volumes and other reading material.

Excellent Campus and Excellent Faculty

PLAGIARISED CONTENT I have successfully completed and one year at this institute and I shall be very honest while writing this review. Following are a few noteworthy points about this institute that i personally experienced: 1. Excellent college campus with lush green surroundings, 2. High Speed Wifi access only for students (of course a few sites are restricted, luckily youtube is not) 3. Highly trained, young as well as well experienced faculties. 4. Conducting of several exciting events during the year that are mainly student driven. 5. The best part is, exam papers are completely case based no direct questions are asked. 6. The classes are very well equipped with Audio Video equipment and name plate for every student, even the seating arrangement is very nice. 7. There is open door policy at the institute, where in the student can contact any facuty and dean during the college hours without prior permission. 8. The evaluation pattern is also very good. Evaluation is done not only through exams, it done through a student's submissions such as assignments, projects, presentations, attendance and class participation. 9. The Library has a very rich collection of books. The institute has a membership at the IIM A'bad Library and The British Library A'bad. The only drawback is that the nearest towns are Nadiad and Anand that are 15-20 kms away from the institute. But the college has transport facilities for the students coming from Ahmedabad, Nadiad, Anand and Baroda, and hence this drwaback is also overcome. Overall the institute meets national level standards. You should at least visit the campus once, i bet you will not come back without taking an admission (Subject to your graduation performance and CMAT Score)
