The AES Post Graduate Institute of Business Management (AESPGIBM) was established in the year 2000 by the AES. We, at Amrut Mody School of Management, have sought to continuously enhance the quality and delivery of our programmes and the capabilities of the students. It currently offers a two year MBA and other short duration programs. The MBA programme is a two year programme, and is innovative and contemporary in its design. The course structure is flexible and it provides the students a vast variety of courses to choose from. The courses offered are continuously upgraded to improve their relevance.

MBA	-	Candidates who have appeared for either CAT 2016 conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) or Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2017-18 conducted by AICTE are eligible to apply. The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) or equivalent CGPA, of any University incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956.	-
Doctoral Programme (Ph.D.)	-	Candidates must have completed PG degree from a recognized University.	-

Placement

PPT provides an opportunity to the recruiting company and the students to interact with each other and this helps students to take an informed decision. The presentation by the company is in general regarding the history, growth potential, future plans and details about the profile, compensation package/ location offered and any such relevant information.

AMSoM's infrastructure is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary modern amenities.

Amazing college in Gujarat

The college uses the best educational methods and gives its students a good experience. Students get great placements and a lot of industry exposure. Students are given a lot of live projects and research assignments where they learn a lot.

One of the best options in Gujarat!

Recently this college has shifted its campus from Vastrapur to Navrangpura (IET Building). This is a place where students are given many opportunities to excel in their specific interest. The best part is its infrastructure,s well-designed building with wide classrooms. It has two storey library with all the useful reading material also a computer lab with more than 60 desktop computers. The faculty members of this college are very good, the majority of them are doctorate and knows how to deal with the class of eighty students in a better way. They also have some visiting faculties from corporate, for the subjects, which need practical exposure (i.e. Operations Management, Business Law etc.) The course is also well designed by Ahmedabad University, for the first year, two semesters there are basic general courses like Organizational Behaviour, Financial Management, Org. Structure design and Marketing Management. From the second year, we can choose from three specializations (Marketing, Finance, HR). We can opt for dual major also. If we talked about the Placements, it is Above Average. It has a faculty placement coordinator as well as students placement committee. There is many such reputed organisations visit this campus for placements. I have done my bachelor's in commerce from M.K University, Bhavnagar in 2012. After working from Godrej Group for 34 months, I feel that post graduation is extremely important in order to get good position and growth. I had been suggested by one of my colleague who had passed out from this same college. I am currently in the forth semester and already placed with Asian Paints.

It’s great to be a part of AMSOM. With this college starts a new phase of life and wonderful experience with the actual world, which we have to face in future. The College is quite amazing with ample amount of opportunities waiting for students to enhance their skills and talent. The Teaching Pattern of the college is filled with practical Knowledge-based assignments mostly rather than just theoretical concepts. The infrastructure of the campus is very resplendent and very lively. The college has a team of well-experienced faculties across all the specialisations of MBA who are always available to help students. The course material provided is just amazing which helps students to grasp the contents easily and with more understanding. Being an Engineering Graduate, I was quite Unsure about the various Subjects which needed a commerce background knowledge but faculties were very helpful in helping me clear the concepts of these subjects more practically. The College organises various events regularly to enhance the college life quality of the students so that they can enjoy the learning with more interest and make the campus lively.
