Rayat Bahra University
Rayat Bahra University is a private University in the city of Mohali, Punjab. The University is 12 Km away from Chandigarh. The University was formerly known as Rayat and Bahra Institute of Engineering and Biotechnology. The University is spread across 60 acres of land.
The University has campuses all over North India.
The University offers both Graduate and Undergraduate Courses to the students. The University has various other departments, such as, Law, Management Studies, Social Sciences, Media Studies, School of Education and others.
There is a placement cell of the University which aids the students by offering internships in the respective departments and subjects opted by them. Also, the placement cell has appointed faculty in order to help students improve their resume(s) and cover letter writing skills. The Campus has facilities which help the students to gain a productive knowledge.

UG Eligibility & Admission Process

The aspirant must have passed his/ her 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board or institution in the relevant stream with the minimum prescribed percentage of marks as prescribed by the university. The minimum percentage of marks are to be calculated considering the subjects as deemd necessary to be included while calculating such marks.

The candidates can apply online on the university website and are also recommended to read the instructions carefully before and during the filing of the online Application Form. Students will also be required to pay the prescribed Application/ Registration Fee at the time of filling the Application Form.
PG Eligibility & Admission Process

Rayat Bahra University Admission 2017
The Rayat Bahra University is established under Punjab Act No. 16 of 2014 in August 2014 and was granted the status of university under Section 22 of the UGC Act 1956 by the University Grants Commission in the year 2014. The university offers a Choice Based Flexible Learning System, enabling an interdisciplinary approach for students to learn at their own pace while they choose electives from other available courses as well as take up some additional courses to increase/ enahnce tehir skills set. Apart from this, the university also offers various bridge courses which serve to prepare students to narrow the gap required for graduation studies and to meet necessary prerequisites and get basic knowledge for the selected stream.
The university envisions to establish knowledge, creation and learning university to generate value based component professionals through the various courses it offers at the Undergraduate Level, Postgraduate Level and Doctorate Level along with several Diploma and certificate courses. The courses are offered in disciplines like science, commerce, pharmaceutical sciences, hospitality, law among the many others streams that it supports.
