Excellent placements, poor infrastructure

College is good for placements. You will be placed for around 14-15 LPA if you do really well. Attendance is liberal so time for co-curricular is always there. Good friends can always be found. Faculty will leave you independent. You will learn to self study and be self sufficient

Review of my college

The college needs to provide better facilities and the infrastructure of the college needs improvements. The cleanliness levels of the college should increase and the teaching methodologies also need to develop. The faculty needs to provide more study material. Fests are good but need improvements as there is no active participation.

Placements are really amazing here

We've had around 130 or more companies coming in every year and more than 900 offers are given out. The infrastructure isn't that great but it is still good, its a really old college, 100 years now! Coaching is up to the mark and it follows Bangalore University syllabus hence it's not updated.

Great history, great faculty!

The college is 99 years old and the batch passing out in 2017 will be the 100th batch. It's the 4th oldest engineering college in India and the only engineering college under Bangalore University. The infrastructure of the college is in need of some improvement. The great part of the college is the Lecturers. Almost all the Lecturers have a PhD and they have enormous field experience. Also, their teaching quality is top notch. Very less extra curricular activities in college. Not much exposure to sports also.

UVCE - Moulding the young minds!

Even though it is a government college, we have talented students. The teachers working here are well experienced. The seniors are very friendly, and we treat them as our friends.
