Tulsiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering & Technology is affiliated to Rashtrsant Tukadoji Maharaj Napur University. The college offers Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Computer Application and Master of Business Adiministration courses. The Vidarbha Bahu-uddeshiya Shikshan SansthaΒ  (VBSS) is an Education Society founded by academicians with a sole view to promote professional education in the rapidly developing region of Vidarbha. TheΒ Β  Tulshiramji Gaikwad-Patil College of Engineering & Technology is the first step by VBSS towards this goal.

The candidate should have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with 50% of marks (for open category – 150 out of 300 marks) and 45% of marks (for reserved category – 135 out of 300 marks) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also obtained the non-zero score in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in MH-CET-2007/AIEEE Exams.

Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics & Communication Engineering) 4 The candidate should have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with 50% of marks (for open category – 150 out of 300 marks) and 45% of marks (for reserved category – 135 out of 300 marks) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also obtained the non-zero score in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in MH-CET-2007/AIEEE Exams. -

Placement

The goal of Training & Placement Cell is to provide employment opportunities and world class training to TGPCET Students in Leading Organizations. The Cell is well equipped with ample infrastructure in Terms of Testing halls, Consultancy Hall for Pre Placement Talks, Presentations etc.Β 

Training....

It arranges training for students in industries for 3-4 weeks at the end of 4th Semester and for 6 months in 6th, 7th or 8th Semester. All the Engineering Department students undergo Six months training. The students of the college undergo their training at various prestigious organizations as Akashwani, Reliance Power Plant MIDC, A A Energy Ltd, Abhijit Energy Power Plant, Miracle Technologies, IMGIS. Pvt. LTD, Jindal Steel Works Mumbai, etc. The students act as a channel of communication with industries.

Placements....

All the reputed organizations including MNCs come to the College for campus recruitment. To achieve its goal, the Training & Placement Cell work towards recognizing the core competencies of students. It works through a close knot organization and has a structure which conveys information to the students at the fastest possible rate. A common placement presentation for all the branches is published. The Training & Placement Cell firmly believes in 'Industry-Institute Interaction'. In order to accomplish 'Industry-Institute Interaction' it organizes technical talks and national seminars to provide a platform for the budding engineers to interact with professionals from various industries. It encourages visits to the industries by the college students. It arranges for industrial problems to be worked on by students as part of their projects. It also takes suggestions from the members of industry regarding designing/changing of curriculum. The college has signed MOUs with many industrial organizations and industrial chambers. Technical paper presentation contests are held in collaboration with industries to discuss new developments and trends.

The Institute is well equipped with all modern facility.

Laboratory

The labs are equipped with latest equipments.For performance of various digital experiments, various digital kits and boards are available. Emphasis is given on designing digital circuits on bread board so that the students become acquainted with designing and testing of digital circuits. Digital kits and boards are available.

Central library serves the academic needs of all the students, faculty members and employees of the college with rich collection of journals and books on science and technology including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Civil engineering, Electrical engineering, Engineering drawing, Computer science & engineering, Electronics engineering, Electronics and communication engineering and Management. Not a good experience

The college campus looks like resort for vacation. The academic facilities are not that great. The level of education provided should be better. The college does not provide good placements, less companies visit the campus. I had a good experience with the faculty members, they are good and very well-experienced.
